1. What does your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee mean?

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means we guarantee you will be satisfied with your Mob Armor Product, or we will refund your money. If you are unsatisfied with your product at any time within 30 days of your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, no questions asked. You pay shipping back to us. We do not refund any shipping cost.

2. What warranty does Mob Armor offer?

SOLVE-IT! PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY

Solve-It! Companies, LLC (dba Mob Armor) and its affiliated companies worldwide (collectively “Solve-It!”) warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (“Warranty Period”). Solve-It! does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any smart phone or other device made by anyone other than Solve-It!. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Solve-It! product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Solve-It! will (1) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished Solve-It! product. For purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies. Solve-It! reserves the right to charge a small shipping and handling fee in connection with the fulfillment of any valid claim.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Except for the warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Solve-It! products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Solve-It! expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that Solve-It! shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type, or otherwise, on any Solve-It! product. Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the goods is with the buyer, and the buyer assumes the entire cost of repair should the goods prove defective following their purchase. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, this limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the Solve-It! product. FOR END USERS WHO ARE COVERED BY AN APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW OR REGULATION IN THEIR COUNTRY OF PURCHASE OR RESIDENCE, THE BENEFITS TO THE END USER UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN ADDITION TO OTHER RIGHTS AND REMEDIES OF THE END USER UNDER SUCH LAWS OR REGULATIONS. SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach by Solve-It! of this limited warranty, and Solve-It!’s sole and entire liability for such breach, is, at Solve-It!’s option, to repair or replace the defective product or, if the warranty claim is submitted during the first thirty (30) calendar days of the Warranty Period, refund the purchase price of the defective product. Solve-It! reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style to the product you returned under the limited warranty or a substitute equivalent to your original product that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement or repaired products are warranted as above only for the remainder of the original applicable Warranty Period.

3. Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped using UPS or FedEx based on the chosen method. All free shipping orders are shipped via USPS and will take 2 - 8 business days. UPS AND FedEx DOMESTIC SHIPPING ESTIMATED 2-8 BUSINESS DAYS. All orders will ship within two business days of original order. All other expedited orders placed by 12:00 PM PST will ship same business day. If an item or product is out of stock we will contact the customer and notify when product will ship.

Refund Policy

Customer has 30 days to return product for full refund. Product must be in new condition with original packaging. Customer must contact Mob Armor customer service at Support@mobarmor.com to attain an RMA number. RMA number must be clearly written on outside of package. Customer is responsible for shipping cost back to Mob Armor. Once received we will inspect and refund the credit card used the full amount of the product minus the shipping cost.

How soon will my order ship once I’ve placed my order?
After placing an order online you will be contacted by a GOBI representative for confirmation
within the following 72 hours (excluding holidays and weekends).
Lead times may vary. Contact a GOBI representative for current lead times.

What happens if my order is damaged upon arrival?
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please notify the GOBI Office within
five business days after day of delivery. A GOBI representative will work with you on how to proceed.

Does GOBI provide installs?
If you are a Colorado local or passing through, and your rack is ready,
please call the GOBI office to arrange for an installation at our facility (by appointment only*).

Does GOBI ship to Canada?
Yes, we do ship to Canada.
However, we recommend ordering from a GOBI vendor in Canada.

Can my order be shipped to an APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, it cannot.

Can I cancel my order?
After receiving order confirmation, all GOBI sales are final.
This is due to the fact that we commit to the supplies cost needed per order
after receiving your confirmation approval.

Do you have back stock inventory?
No, all GOBI products are specially made to order.

Do I need to drill into my vehicle?
GOBI uses a signature no drill mount system assuring that you will never need to drill into your vehicle.

Can I pick up my rack to avoid shipping?
Yes, roof rack orders can be picked up directly.
We also offer free in-house installations by appointment.

Do you provide order tracking?
No external tracking numbers are provided. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
If you do not receive your order within this timeframe please contact the GOBI office.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards.
(No check payments are accepted)

When does my order get charged?
The order is not charged until it is ready to ship, usually about one week prior to release to the freight company.
If we are unable to process payment we will not be able to pack/release it to the shipping company.

Warranty Information

INTELLIGENT DESIGNS 2000 CORPORATION
This limited one year warranty covers ONLY Intelligent Designs 2000, Corporation (”ID2000”) products. Please review the terms and conditions of the limited warranties below.
LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
All warranties and representations, except as set out below, are hereby disclaimed, (including fitness for the purchaser’s intended use or purpose and merchantability), all products being sold AS IS, without warranty beyond that made herein, with the purchaser assuming: 1) the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the goods, 2) the cost of any repairs not covered herein.
Intelligent Designs 2000 Corporation warrants, as limited herein, to the original purchaser that its product which have been properly installed per provided instructions are free from defects in material and/or workmanship. At Intelligent Designs 2000 option, the purchaser’s remedy hereunder shall be limited to repair or replacement of defective parts returned to the place of purchase or to Intelligent Designs 2000 at the purchaser’s expense.
Intelligent Designs 2000 warranty, as herein, shall only be effective while the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product or products was installed and shall not apply if the product has been removed from the original vehicle. Intelligent Designs 2000 warranty is void if any damage to the product or products is due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or contact with on-road or off-road hazards, product modification, improper or inadequate maintenance or any use contrary to the instructions accompanying the product. Intelligent Designs 2000 warranty only covers the cost of the defective part and not the cost of removal, installation, and painting or other incidental or consequential charges or damages, or personal injury damages, and does not cover use of any product on racing vehicles. Intelligent Designs 2000’s warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
1. Damages or problems that result from shipping, installation, maintenance, or separate system components.
2. Damages or problems that result from misuse, abuse, operation outside environmental specifications or contrary to the requirements or precautions in the Installation Instructions, accident, lightning strikes or other natural causes, unauthorized modification or alteration, incorrect electrical current or voltage, other causes not arising out of defect in material or workmanship.
3. Therefore, the cost of repair or replacement of such defective product shall be borne by the customer.
To assure product quality, Intelligent Designs 2000 reserves the right to change product designs, materials, specifications and finishes without prior notice to customers. Intelligent Designs 2000’s warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Also, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Intelligent Designs 2000 reserves the right to discontinue product lines and substitute products or provide other remedies other than those listed in the limited warranty for those discontinued products.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REQUESTING WARRANTY COVERAGE
For this warranty to be effective, it is strongly recommended that the purchaser completes and returns the warranty registration to Intelligent Designs 2000 within ten days of the date of purchase. Replacement parts can be obtained by returning the part along with proof of purchase. Warranty claims cannot be determined until the merchandise is received and inspected. Returns made to Intelligent Designs 2000 will not be accepted without prior authorization from Intelligent Designs 2000. This included but is not limited to all shipping costs and all other incidental costs to be paid by the customer. Please call the customer service department at the number below.

Warranty

All products have a One Year, Non-transferable Limited Warranty.

This One Year, Non-transferable Limited Warranty does not cover any product that is (1) installed incorrectly or (2) damaged by collisions, vandalism, accidents, or willful destruction. Quake LED, LLC (“Quake LED”) warrants to the original retail consumer purchaser and no other purchaser or subsequent owner, that our product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the order date. For a period of one (1) year from the order date, at no charge to the purchaser, Quake LED will repair or replace the product(s) if it is determined by Quake LED to be defective. After the warranty period, the purchaser must pay all charges for parts and labor. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs for returning the product to Quake LED.

Coverage under this warranty is only valid within the Continental United States.

Quake LED does not warrant the installation of our product. Installation is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. It is recommended that all installation be done by a licensed professional. Improper installation may cause damage to the product and/or vehicle on which it is installed and may cause damage or injury to individuals. Quake LED’s warranty does not cover any expenses incurred by removing products that are defective or by re-installing replacement products in their place. To have the product repaired or replaced during the warranty period, the purchaser must return the product to Quake LED. The product must be returned in its original packaging providing all necessary protection of the product while being shipped. Quake LED will return the repaired or replaced product to the purchaser. Quake LED does not provide purchasers with temporary replacement units during the warranty period or at any other time.
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and will automatically terminate if the original retail consumer purchaser resells the product or transfers the vehicle on which the product is installed. The “original retail consumer purchaser” is the person who originally purchased the product directly from Quake LED or a gift recipient of a new product that is in its original packaging and unopened. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to present proof of purchase. We do our best to maintain records of all sales but cannot be held accountable for lost or missing records.

Warranty Shipping Responsibility

If you receive a defective product(s), Quake LED will cover all shipping charges from the customer within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, customers are responsible for sending defective products back to Quake LED. Please contact us immediately at (720)305-8979 if you receive a defective product or are not able to get your product working. If a product is returned for testing and is determined to be in perfect working condition by our technical support department, you will then be responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any package that is lost in transit while being returned to us. Please ensure that all products being returned are properly post marked and packaged to minimize your liability if your product is lost or damaged.

Returns


30 days after the date of delivery, all sales are final. Returns will only be permitted if DiRTD Off Road LLC is contacted within 30 days of the delivery date at (866) 721-7875. When returning products, all merchandise must be in NEW condition with all of its original packaging, accessories, and instruction manuals. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount of the actual replacement cost of those items. Returns are also subject to a 10% restocking fee if the return is not due to a manufacturer’s defect. Your refund will be in the form of your original payment and may take up to 7 days to process once we receive the product. Once the refund is submitted it can take 7 to 10 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank’s policies. If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect and payment is being returned to a debit or credit card, a processing fee will be deducted from your total refund. If you prefer to avoid this fee, a check can also be issued. 


Shipping Error

If you received the wrong merchandise, please contact DiRTD Off Road LLC immediately at (866) 721-7875 and we will send you a return postage label. Once the merchandise is shown as tracking back to our location, we will ship out the correct merchandise. Shipping can be upgraded at the purchaser’s expense.

Damaged Packages

If you receive your package and the product is damaged, immediately contact DiRTD Off Road LLC's Customer Support at (866) 721-7875. If there is obvious damage to the product packaging, refuse delivery so that it will be returned to our warehouse. If you received the package and discover damage, contact us to obtain a replacement for the damaged product. We will work with the package carrier to resolve the issue.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROOF OF PURCHASE; REGISTRATION: The Purchaser’s dated bill of sale must be retained as evidence of the date of purchase and to establish warranty eligibility. Please retain all documentation that comes with your order.
2. NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS; WARRANTY SERVICE: If Purchaser believes that a product is defective in material or workmanship, verbal notice with an explanation of the claim shall be given promptly by Purchaser to Quake LED at (720)305-8979. All warranty claims must be made within the warranty period. The repair or replacement of any Product or part thereof shall not extend the original warranty period.
3. EXCEPTIONS TO LIMITED WARRANTY: Quake LED shall have no obligation to Purchaser with respect to any Product that is subjected to any of the following: abuse, improper use, negligence, accident, modification, attempted repair by non-qualified personnel, operation of the Product outside of the published environmental and electrical parameters, or if the Product’s original identification (trademark, serial number) markings have been defaced, altered, or removed. Quake LED excludes from warranty coverage Products sold AS IS (scratch and dent products).
4. EXCLUSIVE REMEDY; ACCEPTANCE: Purchaser’s exclusive remedy and Quake LED’s sole obligation is to supply (or pay for) all labor necessary to repair any Product found to be defective within the warranty period and to supply new or rebuilt replacements for defective parts. Quake LED will refund the purchase price for such Product only if repair or replacement fails to remedy the defect.
EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES, QUAKE LED HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTY WITH REGARD TO ANY CLAIM OF INFRINGEMENT THAT MAY BE THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE OR IN ANY OTHER STATE STATUTE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE LIABILITY OF QUAKE LED, IF ANY, AND PURCHASER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DAMAGES FOR ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER ARISING IN TORT OR CONTRACT, SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT FOR WHICH SUCH CLAIM IS MADE. IN NO EVENT SHALL QUAKE LED BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COMPENSATION, REIMBURSEMENT OR DAMAGES ON ACCOUNT OF THE LOSS OF PRESENT OR PROSPECTIVE PROFITS OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON WHATSOEVER.
GOVERNING LAW: This non-transferable limited warranty shall be governed by the law of the State of Colorado U.S.A., and the United States of America, excluding their conflicts of laws principles. The courts of Denver County, Colorado, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action with respect to this warranty.
This limited warranty gives specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that may vary from state to state or from country to country. Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. You are advised to consult applicable state or country laws for a full determination of rights.

Painless Performance Limited Warranty
and Return Policy


Chassis harnesses, and fuel injection harnesses are covered under a lifetime warranty. All other products manufactured and/or sold by Painless Performance are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Painless Performance will repair or replace defective products without charge during the first 12 months from the purchase date. No products will be considered for warranty without a copy of the purchase receipt showing the sellers name, address and date of purchase.

Before receiving a replacement you must return the product to Painless Performance for our inspection. To speed up the return process please make sure all the following criteria are met.

1. Before returning any merchandise for any reason you must obtain a Returned Material Authorization number (RMA). To obtain your RMA number, call 800-423-9696 and request an RMA number. Please be prepared to explain the defect with the merchandise. Receiving an RMA number does not automatically mean the product will be accepted for warranty.


2. All returned products must be sent freight prepaid to: (COD’s will not be accepted)

3. Please make sure the RMA number is visible on the outside of the box near the address. Please identify the number as the RMA.


4. You must include a statement as to the defect or problem that you are having with the product. Include your name, address and a telephone number where we may contact you.


5. Include a copy of the purchase receipt. 


NO WARRANTIES WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT.


After we receive the merchandise we will inspect the product. If it is determined to be defective we will replace or repair the item at our discretion. You will be contacted regarding the disposition of your warranty claim. We are not responsible for loss of any vehicle component due to improper use of our product. We are not responsible for labor costs involved in removing or replacing the product for return. Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Painless Performance merchandise only. 


Lamps, flashers and fuses are not warranty items.

LIMITED FIVE YEAR WARRANTY ON ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS


WARRANTY


Thank you for purchasing a COMEUP Winch product. COMEUP USA INC. (“COMEUP USA”) located at 12930 SE Highway 212, Clackamas, Oregon 97015, a subsidiary company of COMEUP Industries, Inc., is offering, for a limited time, a five year extended electrical component warranty on DV Series (“DV”) and Seal Series (“Seal”) automotive winches.


This extended warranty is an extension of COMEUP Industries, Inc. manufacturer’s limited warranty on the electrical components of the DV and Seal series automotive winches. This warranty does not apply to mechanical components, mounting kits, other accessories or components of the DV or Seal series automotive winches.


COMEUP USA warrants that for a period of five years beginning after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, the electrical components of the DV and Seal series automotive winches will be free of defects in material and workmanship when products are used as intended within the product specifications and ratings and operated in accordance with the instructions set forth in the products Owner’s Manual.  


This extended warranty is offered to the original purchaser of the DV and Seal series automotive winches. The original purchaser must have a receipt showing purchase and delivery of a warrantied product to a physical address located in the contiguous United States, Alaska or Hawaii. This warranty is not offered to original purchasers outside of the contiguous United States, Alaska or Hawaii.


To obtain this extended warranty, purchaser must have purchased a DV or Seal series automotive winch from COMEUP Industries, Inc., COMEUP USA INC. or an authorized COMEUP Winch distributor after January 1, 2016. Purchaser must register product at www.comeupusa.com/product-registration before January 31, 2017 and provide the requested personal, product and vehicle information as well as a copy of the original purchase receipt/document addressed to the original purchaser.


Any electrical component(s) that COMEUP USA determines to have defects in material and/or workmanship will be repaired or replaced or the original purchase price of the winch will be refunded at COMEUP USA’s sole discretion without charge to the buyer, only upon buyer’s compliance with the procedures described herein. In the event the electrical component(s) of the DV or Seal series automotive winch needs to be repaired or replaced, purchaser must send the defective component(s) with freight prepaid to COMEUP USA located at 12930 SE Highway 212, Clackamas, Oregon 97015. COMEUP USA will repair or replace component(s) and pay for return shipping to purchaser’s address within the contiguous United States. Alaska or Hawaii. This warranty does not cover the cost to remove or install the winch or related components.


COMEUP USA makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.


This warranty does not cover any failure that results from improper installation, improper operation, third party part substitution, purchaser’s alteration or modification of the COMEUP winch product. This warranty is void when the COMEUP winch serial number plate is removed or defaced. If, for any reason, at any time, the COMEUP Industries, Inc. manufacturer’s warranty has been voided or determined as void, by COMEUP Industries, Inc., COMEUP USA INC. or an authorized COMEUP winch distributor, the electrical component(s) as such will not be covered under this warranty.


COMEUP USA’s liability to the purchaser for any loss or damage arising from defects in material and workmanship of the electrical components of the DV or Seal series automotive winch shall not exceed the purchase price of the COMEUP winch as stated on the purchaser’s original receipt. COMEUP USA shall not in any event be liable to the purchaser for any consequential and/or indirect loss or damage whether for loss or for profit or otherwise, costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever and whether caused by negligence of COMEUP employees, distributors and their employees or otherwise. COMEUP Industries, Inc. reserves the right to change product design without notice. In situations in which COMEUP Industries, Inc. has changed a product design, COMEUP USA shall have no obligation to upgrade or otherwise modify previously manufactured products.

This warranty is not transferrable.
